This programme of healing the Body/Mind/Spirit axis is essentially two phase.
A preliminary preparatory phase consists of short focused reflexology sessions lasting approximately ten minutes. Although with the difficulties that some of these souls experience, this whole process may take longer. For adults and children able to relax and remain still, the reflex session may be lengthened, although this is not necessary. This preparatory phase may take 4 or 6 weeks.
The second phase of healing employs the use of crystals to realign and balance the body’s energies. These healing sessions are of short duration, again designed for those who are unable to remain still.
If peace and stillness is possible then the soul may be able to sit within the crystal energy for a longer period. The crystal healing phase lasts 12 weeks; occasionally the crystal phase may be repeated in totality.
Individual soul requirements may need additional healing to be integrated within the programme - although this is less common in children and more so in adults.

A general holistic clinic is offered for the healing of many disorders. This will include a metaphysical understanding of the disease. As each soul is seen as an individual on its own journey, so the healing approach will be individual and may include reflexology, crystal healing and soul recall. All is supported by counselling, promotion of self help, including the teaching of meditation, the use of flower essences, gem remedies and crystals to bring about body and human energy field (aura) re-alignment to the soul plan and purpose.
